"My interest in Red Angus cattle began in the late 1980’s when my dad purchased some Red Angus bulls from Leland Red Angus to cross with our Hereford and Simmental heifers. It made a noticeable difference in the ease of our calving operation.
The more we used them, the easier our calving season became!
As of January 2024 our daughter and son-in-law have joined us on this journey. We have rebranded from Spur M Red Angus to McGee Red Angus.
We strive for a very well-balanced set of traits including birth weight, weaning weight, length, thickness, structure, and soundness while keeping high maternal traits.
Our goal at McGee Red Angus is to continue to raise quality bulls with power, performance, and predictability to meet your needs.
